Our kindergarteners had so much fun during Fly Up Day today! ✈️💜💛 They loved meeting their new first grade teachers, visiting classrooms, and seeing some familiar and new faces for next year. First grade is going to be such a fun adventure! 😊

Last week our second graders visited Gotsch to meet their third grade teachers! 💜💛 Gotsch is getting a great group of students next year, and while we are excited for them, we are definitely sad to see them go! ✏️📚

What an absolute blast at Field Day today! 🏃♂️☀️ From the relays to the game stations, the energy was high and the smiles were huge.

Our students did an amazing job learning the official CITY chants—the gym was so loud! We also got to test our skills in an awesome soccer kick goal challenge. Seeing everyone cheer for their classmates and score those goals was the absolute best part of the day. 🥅⚽️

The Body Bonanza was a blast! 🩺✨
Our SAIL students did an incredible job designing games and activities for seven different body systems. It was awesome watching classes explore the human machine through hands-on play!

As part of Affton's Community Day of Service a few of our second grade classes (Sutterfield, Buss, Garner) made inspirational keychains to be donated to Rainbows for Kids to help kids going through long hospital stays or tough cancer treatments. What a great way to spread some joy! 🐾❤️🎉🌟
