The AHS Cheer Squad went to NCA Camp this week. They brought home the most improved trophy, Herkee award ,safe stunt award, 2 red ribbons and a blue ribbon!! They also received a spirit stick each night! We also had 5 all american Nominees !! CONGRATS COUGARS!!!

Congratulations to our cheer squad for earning a spirit stick on their first day at camp! Keep up the good work!

We are now less than a month away from Fall Sports Tryouts on Monday ,August 11! Many families have created and finished their Final Forms registrations, but we still have several families that need to get that completed before their student will eligible to tryout.

Special shout out to former Mizzou and NFL star Markus Golden for stopping by Jr Cougars FB practice last night! Registration is still open and we are looking for all ages and really need 7th graders. See the attached flyer for registration.
